Singing Francine has Died, she was 79 years old The Parang, Calypso and Soca Icon died from an heart attack, she passed at her NY home this morning It took me roughly an hour to decide which one of her Parang Classics to use on this sad post... Singing Francine along with Uncle Crazy had/have some of the biggest Soca Parang songs for me as a child growing up... We did a tribute Parang post for the Soca Parang Icon only last December so this news is really sad for us here at Soca Watch. Thank you
