Most Gujaratis carry Thepla while traveling all around the world. I think Methi ka Thepla is one of the common Version of Thepla- nutritious, and satisfying. Here’s my version of Methi Thepla. Ingredients: 1 cup Roti ka atta (Wheat Flour) 1/2 tsp Haldi (Turmeric Powder) A pinch of asafoetida (Hing powder)- optional 1 tsp red chilli powder A pinch of ajwain (carom seeds) Salt per taste 3/4th cup of methi washed, chopped and cleaned 1 spoon of Curd Water 1 spoon of oil Method: In a bowl, take 1 cu
